About me
I am an ordinary person (belonging to “mango man” or “aam admi” category rather than to superman/spiderman/batman/ironman/steelman etcetra etcetra category
) who is pursuing 3 extra-ordinary life-long aspirations with utmost determination:
1. To have the spiritual experience of Nirvikalpa Samadhi like Ramakrishna Paramahansa, Swami Vivekananda and other sages.
2. To contribute my utmost to social reforms in fields of education, health-care, gender equality, caste-free society, brahmacharya during student life, human values and healthy/functional families.
3. To contribute my utmost to reforms in the fields of politics and administration in order to make them clean, efficient and people-centric. I consider Chanakya, Shiva Ji, Guru Govind Singh Ji, George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Bhagat Singh and his comrades, Subhas Chandra Bose and Mahatma Gandhi as my role-models in this mission.
Only time will tell how much success will be realized in these aspirations for self-reform, social reforms and political reforms, but on my part I will put up the most determined efforts for all 3 goals, irrespective of any amount of hardships and disappointments on the path. And I hope to find an adequate number of like-minded people to work out these socio-political goals for the betterment of society.
Lifelong pledge: I love this country the most for which so many of my childhood heroes like Bhagat Singh, Chandrashekhar Azad, Ramprasad Bismil, Neta Jee and countless other martyrs sacrificed everything – and I will do everything to make India an India worthy of their great sacrifices.
Amen (Be it So)!
5 principles which I have imbibed from Dr. Norman Borlaug (Father of Green Revolution) to guide me while pursuing above 3 aspirations:
1. Give your best.
2. Believe you can succeed.
3. Face adversity squarely.
4. Be confident you will find the answers when problems arise.
5. Then go out and win your battles.

3. I will never accept any man-made wall dividing the humanity in the name of gender, culture, custom, language, region, religion, class and race.

5. I will be absolutely and unconditionally committed to a caste-free society, a society free from all forms of caste-identity and caste-consciousness.
Few things that are good about me:
1. To think on any problem of individuals and society as long term and from as many angles as possible and then, to follow up the thinking phase with a detailed and continuously evolving plan of action to solve the problem to the highest possible extent and then to act on that plan with 100% sincerity and devotion till the last breath

Dear “UNMARIED 21year Good INDIAN boy”,
Gautama, the Buddha taught to purify the mind with the technique of Vipassana. It consists of three steps = Sheel–Samadhi–Panna (Gyan/Samata). It is a very good technique which has benefited millions since the time of Buddha. Even today people like Anna Hazare, Priyanka Gandhi, Arvind Kejriwal, Kiran Bedi, etc. practice and learn it from the Vipassana Research Institute ( http://www.globalpagoda.org/ or http://www.vridhamma.org/ ). Infact the institute runs a center even in Tihar jail which was initiated by Kiran Bedi. You can find a center near you : http://www.dhamma.org/en/bycountry/ap/in/
Hope you find it good and come out of your suffering.

There is no short cut to success. Its true that maintaining celebacy is quiet difficult but it has never been impossible. Try to make yourself pure in your thoughts first and do contemplation to God every day and divert your attention from sexual , filthy and useless thoughts. It requires tremendous patience and practice. Please dont ever give up on this. You can attain to perfection if you channelize your thoughts , as that going to shape your future.
Try to read on articles of Swami Vivekanada from the site”Complete Works of Swami Vivekanada” , you can get the access in the website for free….

Hello My Brother Gopal,
Am a 31 yr old individual working in a Service Industry.
It has been a phenomenal site which reflects your brilliance in the aspects that you have elaborated to great extent. I am the one who has been highly benefitted by the site. I had been practising Brahmacharya for almost 2 to 3 yrs from now but it has been a really difficult phase while passing on the lines to maintain constant thoughts in physical and mental purity.
I had a question, though I have seen a significant change in myself since the past few years, I would like to understand, while reading the section of Swami Vivekanada, he mentioned that by opening of Susmana any one can master any thing and have a retentive memory. Is it true tht one can master only by one single reading what ever he partakes.
How do i study and have a retentive memory in the starting phase without using any tools..Am sure Swami didnot have such tools in his college days when it still reflected his brilliance
Thanks,
Sukant

Revered Gopal,
salutations!
I incidentally landed on your site and found it delightful.
I am a westerner young Doctor, who too took to the brahmachari life too, even if for short.
In fact, at first I decided to practice at my best for three years, and then to re-evaluate my situation, for at that time, being 23 with no direct experience, I had no firm faith in the Yoga system.
Since that day water has run under the bridges.
My modest, personal experience, is that cultivation of Yoga needs isolation, solitude, and silence.
Success occurs speedy under the proper circumstances, and with the same speed flies away, under the unproper.
In a spiritual aspirant’s mind, there is always a whirlpool of counterfighting vasanas on the move.
True selfless service in the spirit of Karma Yoga, although being prescribed as the easiest, best way for spiritual growth, proves himself to be very hard and demanding.
How can renouncement be properly developed in the midst of the wealthy?
How can truthfulness comes, in the every day debating and burgening?
How can brahmacharya be perfected, living amidst of non-brahmachari nor-sannyasi?
Therefore I vividly simpathize with you, who, to prove your word to be true, have to walk on the rasor-edge, and to mix not with the poor and the downtrodden, but verily with the incarnated obnoxious demons of our time, which truly are, the politicians, and the large scale businessmen.
There was a time when i tought to became a Police high-officer, because I’m quiet good at studying.
But when I realized that police chiefs must obey the politicians in charge of my country, I immediately gave up the project.
As you drammatically caught in your Satan-jokes, we swim through countless sinful activities.
When man stops and thinks properly, looking at things and how they goes, there is barely one single human activity left which bereft of sin.
The fact that buying shoes i encourage mankind exploitation, buying diary products most time means the same things, large scale vegetable productions soils the earth and earth wasting is the final consequence of, says the 95% of whatsoever rest you can do, from painting the walls of your house to buy chips at the supermarkets.
It follows that we are all, willingly or not, accumulating a heavy burden of Karma.
But I shall challenge you on this point, if you permit it: how can you finally claim to work in the interest of the Truth, without having direct Knowledge of That?

Gopal said
Dear Ariele,
Lots of insightful questions. I am on track because I have done a serious amount of self-studies and reflection over every complex issue of life. There is no need for claiming to work in the interest of Supreme Truth. But, we can work in the interest of relative truth like “treat others as you want yourself to be treated by others.”
I think, we should try to wake up by 4 am every day and then do running, exercises and yoga for 1 hours (30 min thoughtless awareness meditation is a must) – I have started doing so – https://docs.google.com/document/d/1OQWYP8t4nG_qyZR3kjmHSI7FRGZRk4yzSWKwoe1akGQ/edit?hl=en_US# and my confusion has vanished and I am at peace with myself more and more. Life is too complex when lived by yard, but it is just a cinch if you live it by inch. So, enjoy present without worrying about big things like humanity.
Everyone is left to enjoy or suffer as per one’s own karma. We can help others, but there is a saying, “You can take the horse to the river, but you cannot make it drink. That is something which only the horse can do.” – same is the situation in which every activist is. Why do work for society then? Because “It is the very nature of the magnanimous to move of their own accord towards removing others’ troubles. Here, for instance, is the moon who, as everybody knows, voluntarily saves the earth parched by the flaming rays of the sun – Adi Shankaracharya”. I think, we should act in the spirit of ‘non-doer, non-enjoyer, non-attached, witnessing’ state – we will lose this state from time to time, but for that we have to do regular yoga practice in early morning plus full celibacy practice plus regular breaks with full seclusion. This is the approach which I am using rather than making myself cold to society like many monks or spiritual aspirants do at a great peril to society.
Thanks,
Gopal

I would like to ask that how the child can be guided to spirituality. Today condition is very grave. A six year old boy is open to many vulgar object in TV and Net. It is not possible to monitor the child in every situation like when he or she is in school, tution class etc. As parents, what will be our role?
Gopal said
I think, TV is a problem even when softcore romantic movies, serials and opera shows are shown to kids because mind finds it so easy to go the path of indiscipline. At least in my family for next generation (unfortunately, it was not done for my generation), TV is used only for cartoons and news.
Internet is a bit easier to manage because of good software like Safe Eyes and other mechanism (like not giving admin right and right to install or uninstall new programs to kids).
The one problem is definitely that kids can indulge in these things outside homes. That can also be mitigated partly by not giving pocket allowance – money is needed for all self-destructive activities. And partly by parental supervision of kids and good guidance on time-management, study skills, career planning, yoga & meditation and brahmacharya.
What ideas do you have on this issue?
Sankhdeep said
You have suggested good measure. The point is the parents should be careful. When they are indulging themselves in seeing all sorts of non-sense movies, the child should adopt the same. But making them spiritual in nature is depends on their inherent traits or sanskar. When the child is in the home, then he is in certain type of healthy atmosphere, but when he will go outside then there will be so much contrast. Controlling pocket money and monitoring friend circle will be something fruitful.

Best wishes for your goals. Please try to do something for society also. Politics is so important and so challenging that spiritual class must take upon themselves to solve tricky problems of politics themselves rather than giving it up for others to do so (which often leads to the domination of bad elements in politics and sufferings for the masses). The author of Gita, Lord Sri Krishna, is my role-model. I will follow both spirituality cum social work cum politics. I wish, you take at least one of the two – social work and politics (and hopefully both). With patience, one can do all 3 (spirituality, social work and politics) – I will show this in my own life at any cost. Btw, subscribe to this blog as you will get many good posts here in future as well.

I do ocassional weight training too. I was wondering if this would help my brahmacharya or vice verca. I remember once I was training in a Shaolin gym, then suddenly I got attacked by lust and really wanted to masturbate, but luckily I didn’t- this could be a rush of dopamine due to working out!
Gopal said
Sanjay Bhai, I replied on the need of exercises just below. A sudden attack of lust may come to us due to many reasons. I do not think that physical exercises contribute to attacks of lust, but yes our mental image associated with supposedly manly body coming from various movies might be causing these lustful fantasies to originate. That’s why Amritnandamay (Ammachi) suggests us to avoid all worldly movies as they are very effective in degenerating our mind quickly into self-destructive channels. Alas! Many kids do not understand this and their parents are also unconscious about the law of human psychology.

hello gopal,
as u are a knowledgable perosn so i want to ask u whether weight trrining is good or bad for body in every yog seminar or guru will count its bad effects on body but i think its good whats ur views
Gopal said
Nishant Bhai, weight-training and physical exercises should be done only moderately – they are quite good then. But, when carried out too much, they harm our health in the long run as well as increase our identification with body. So, doing for even 30-45 min a day is fine, but it should not become something like 1-2 hours a day. I myself do 10 min running, jumping, stretching and bending exercises and then 5 min Sarvangasana everyday after waking up – this 15 min regimen is what I find enough for maintaining good physical health in short as well as long run. Just doing pranayama and meditation is not enough for physical body, actual physical exercises on daily basis for 15-20 min are absolutely needed to lubricate all our joints and energize our muscles of various organs through circulation of fresh blood and other vital nutrients which reach them through blood.

hello gopal,
You have written about nadi shuddi pranayama breathing exercices…. please mention also about jal neti kriya by which the nasal can be cleansed and free breathing can take place… hence if one catches cold one can continue to practice.
Gopal said
Thanks for your kind suggestions. Human mind is conditioned by its personal experiences. I never experienced any nasal blocking – the reason may be because I wake up during brahmamuhurtha during which both nostrils are naturally open as Sushumna channel is active. But, yes – jal neti kriya is really what can be used for free breathing. I have added this point now in nadi shodhana pranayama article.
vivek said
yes , what you say is true , i woke up today at 3:30 just to try… and i could breathe through both nostrils despite septral deviation and slight cold.
I have a question… after doing breathing exercises for a long time i feel vibrations throughout the body , and the concentration has increased , i know that increase in concentration is a sure outcome but are the vibrations natural…?

I am inspired- but also, I was curious as to whether there are stages even in urdhavereta- because the four kumaras are perpetual celibates, but then I read that Lord Shiva is urdhavereta and his realm is outside the material universe, and his bliss is the only other bliss respected by the spiritual world! Which means in comparison- all realms lower than his would still be equal to naraka!
gopal4mission said
I do not know about the stages, but there is differently different grades of manifestation of psychic powers in various yogis. Some say this differences arise based on how much they have done for society in the past – the more they have done, the more psychic power they get to help others. Anyway, let us first become a complete urdhvareta then we will perhaps become worthy of knowing more about these things.
Sanj said
I also hear that physical strength can increase tremendously. I practice martial arts- I was wondering by practising strict brahmacharya if one can develop a steel body- like those Shaolin monks, and be stronger than a bodybuilder/weightlifter!
Gopal said
Sure, martial arts combined with brahmacharya will give tremendous physical strength. On its own, brahmcharya gives great intellectual and spiritual powers. For getting physical power, physical exercises (like martial arts) plus good diet will also be needed apart from brahmacharya practice.

It is nice to see that you are still progressing on the same path of enlightenment.
Apart from Yoga (if you are not totally attached to Yoga only), the Vipassana Meditation taught by Bhagwan Budhdha is a very useful tool to self realization. It was the same method which was used by Dr. Kiran Bedi in Tihar Jail to bring about purification of minds of the inmates. It is also being practiced by people like Mr. Arvind Kejriwal, (IIT, KGP and Ex. ICS), the man behind the RTI movement.
I have done two such ten day courses for learning Vipassana Meditation at Vipassana Research Institute, Igatpuri, Nasik. It helped me a lot. Kindly see http://www.vridhamma.org/VRI-Introduction.aspx . If you get time, kindly do one such course at Nasik. If not possible, they have branches in USA: http://www.pakasa.dhamma.org/
Hope this helps you.

Thanks. I practise thoughtless awareness meditation – I have a huge list of these techniques collected (one of which is vipassana) in this document. I start with “watch the thought” technique, but do switch to other techniques also depending on whatever makes me enter a silent state of thoughtless awareness most rapidly and deeply on a particular day. I recommend this particular approach rather than remaining stuck to a particular meditation technique. Because, ultimately meditation is not doing something, it is a state of total peaceful awareness of this moment. Whichever technique helps us experienace meditation on a particular day, we should use that. And for having that choice, it is good to know all types of techniques.

gopal4mission said
I live in USA. My daily routine is right now to wake up by 5 am (sleeping at 10 pm) and do yoga. Technically, it is also waking up in brahmamuhurtha, but I aim to eventually wake up by 4 am as that will give more hours of brahmamuhurtha for sadhana by doing “gradual sleep reduction plus simultaneous increase in meditation” experiment from 2011. These motivational quotes have been taken from too many sources. The problem is except Swami Sivananda no other sage seems to have written a book on brahmacharya only. So, I have to search in their other books for quotes on brahmacharya. Like for Swami Vivekananda’s quotes, I searched in his complete works on internet, for Sri Ramakrishna Paramahansa, I searched in kathamrita.org. Due to this reason only, I had to spend lots of time in last 1 year to update this post. Last 3 days, I have spent at least 15 hrs in updating this post with more quotes by Sankaracharya, Dadasri, Aurobindo, Sivananda (and also added an entirely new section on “Quotes by Swami Brahmananda”). I hope, so much time spent by me will help save precious time of other spiritual aspirants and help them in their practice of brahmacharya – that is the only thing due to which I am putting all these things on my blog. Internet should be purified with more and more solid brahmacharya materials. I hope, this article always continues to do this work.

Hi Gopal
For some years I have been engaged in research on meditation and that is how I happened to reach here.
You must be a youngman bubbling with all the energy on earth.
I know what I am going to say may hurt you but then I must say it for your good.
You are following conflicting goals, in my view.
Experiencing Nirvikalpa samadhi means at least that i. you reform yourself fully first, ii. Do not even think of reforming others till that stage is reached, iii. you are not a follower of any particular religion and believe in basic human values iv. you are not attached to any particular country or geographical location and believe in oneness of the whole existence.
Do not believe all the religious stories about who did reach that stage of samadhi. See someone in person who is at least somewhere near that stage.
Just settle down. Unless you have calmed down fully internally, you will only be adding to your stress levels.
gopal4mission said
Thanks for your suggestions. I am following goals which are conflicting at a gross level, but complementary at subtle level. Karma yoga helps a lot in self-purification and helps a lot in vedantic realization through gyan yoga. In fact, Self-realized sages like Swami Sivananda considers the modern vedantic practitioners failing in eventual realization due to lack of self-purification through karma yoga.
Regarding reforming others, I have given up that goal as inherently foolish. One has to do all reform oneself – others can just aid the process by giving us useful information and personal example, but the eventual responsibility of one’s thoughts, words and deeds lies upon oneself. My karma yoga is just to communicate useful information to others as best as possible and set a good personal example before all. What others make out of all these is solely their own responsibility resulting in their own good or evil – I am detached from this matter as this lies outside the domain of my personal responsibility.
And I consider this ridiculous to believe that one should spread useful information on yoga theory and techniques only after one has reached spiritual perfection. Such beliefs do more harm to society than anything else. We do not demand every teacher to have phd before he/she can teach us in our schools. If someone has knowledge of high school syllabus quite well, but not any higher knowledge than that, still one can teach well high school students. Putting forth impractical and useless ideals before society will only ruin the society. The most practical and useful ideal is to share all useful information one has with others like a good friend and well-wisher.
Thanks again for your suggestions! I wish you understand that I am very clear about the path of my life.
Thanks,
Gopal

Can I take Sannyas when I have my wife and young children ? Is it not a sin to
avoid these dependents when they are in a helpless condition?
If you have intense and real Vairagya born of Titiksha and Viveka and if you have
strong Mumukshutva, you can take Sannyas. The Srutis declare: “Renounce the world on the
very day you get Vairagya”. If you have Moha for your wife and children, you cannot get any
spiritual progress, as your mind will be always thinking of them. Therefore, destroy Moha first.
Possess real Vairagya.
When you are in the world, do a lot of Japa and meditation. When you advance a bit, go
to a far-off place, live in seclusion, see the strength of your mind and see if you still have any
Moha lurking in your mind. Then you can take Sannyas. You will get success.
Before you renounce, see that your wife and children are well-provided. Otherwise, they
will constantly be thinking of you and you will be drawn by their mental currents. When you live
with your wife, teach her the importance of Sannyas and ask her to do Japa and meditation. She
must lead a spiritual life. Then only she will not interfere with you after your Sannyas.
Bhartrihari, Gauranga, Sadasiva Brahman and others deserted their wives. After their
Sannyasa, they did not think of their wives. Did they not attain Self-realization? Did any sin or
curse touch them? Even if you do not provide for your family well, you can take Sannyas if you
have real Vairagya. Just isolate yourself from your family and see whether your children are
looked after or not. Ram Tirth left his wife with two young children without providing anything.
But his elder son became an engineer and the other a professor. Have perfect faith in God.

Salute to your effort. I am deeply influenced by the clarion call of Revered Swami Ramdev Ji and Pujoniyo Rajiv Dikshitji. My heart is burning by seeing the condition of our motherland. But i can’t share with anybody. No one understands what will be the future of our Sanatan Dharma. Peoples are not aware that they are sitting on heaps of gold. But they are ignorant and ridicule at our Sage’s philosophy. What a pain.
The main cause of these degeneration is misinterpretation of Sanatan Dharma, misuse of caste system, lack of unity and lack of patriotism. The patriotism only becomes limited in cricket and movie stars.
May Lord bless you for your mission.

Nirvikalp Samadhi ..to experience is one of your goal.
Pramukh Swami Maharaj is living example of Nirvikalp Samadhi, of Asthang Brahmacharya, of All the virtues of Saint as stated in Bhagwat.
So do make this study to know – who is Pramukh Swami Maharaj. I will pray for you.
Lord Swaminarayan states that if one has same affection for Satpurush like one has for body then one can experience joy of nirvikalp samadhi even without going through 8 step yoga to attain that.
He also says that, I also feel to have darshan of Satpurush. In Satpurush eye’s are God’s eyes.
…
Lord Swaminarayan promised to live on this earth and gift living example of vedas, upanishads and all scriptures and living example of all virtues through a Satpurush.
Lord Swaminarayn promised to stay forever one earth through Satpurush.
Today, Pramukh Swami Maharaj is the fifth spiritual successor of Lord Swaminarayan.

Hello,
Does being A Tantric lover ( that is, one who practice moderate non-ejaculatory sex, equal to being celibate?)
That is, assuming they are both regular in their meditation, etc.

Tantric lovers won’t go too far, even if they can achieve partial awakening of kundalini and experience lower states of samadhi. The highest samadhi of Self-Realization means no body-consciousness and no I-consciousness. For someone moving to that direction, considering oneself male or female and indulging in so called tantric sex will be nothing but a hindrance. Tantra (both left and right-hand) should be used only in initial stage of sadhana and then one should move to vedantic method of self-enquiry taught by sages like Patanjali, Sri Ramana Maharshi, etc when one considers oneself only seer of body, mind and the world. Also, left-hand tantra involving sex must not be practised outside marriage, otherwise it will erode the foundation of society. These are the thoughts that I read from enlightened sages and I find them quite meaningful – I hope, you find the same.

Dear Gopal
The very strong will power and dedication that you have to uplift the people of India is commendable.Your views on celibacy are also very inspiring and fresh.I would like to suggest something regarding spirituality. You are inspired by Paramhansa Yogananda and Vivekananda. To know what is right and wrong, what is the truth, who created this world, what is the right technique to pray , we need to go to the source. That source is the vedas.Given by the almighty for the entire world and not for a particular community, race ,geographical location or a nation. It has been a tradition that sages over millions of years have practised and preached the teaching of the vedas, the only thing that has come directly from GOD. Also great enlightened sages have also composed after deep study various upanishads and various system of philosophies . A true vedic follower would tell you that only the vedas and other literature that conform to the teachings of the vedas are to be studied and followed.
In that reference it would be advisable to study Satyarth Prakash by the great Swami Dayanada Saraswati.
Please also refer to websites , http://www.vedmandir.com,www.darshanyog.org and http://www.agniveer.com.
Even your ideals like Vivekanadaji and Yoganandaji believed in the superiorty of the vedas but they practised certain things that were anti-vedic, like both of them were idol worshipers. Idol worship is denounced in the vedas. Yajurveda mantra 32/3 says “na tasya pratima asti” means there is no shape or statue of Almighty God He being omnipresent and in mantra 31/2, it is stated that only one God is there who creates, nurses and destroys the universe and after destroying again creates and so on.
It is not my intention to criticise the luminaries you follow but just to state what is the truth. Both of these men have contributed immensely to the well being of mankind.
I hope my suggestions would kindle your mind and you would recognize the truth

He is present present everywhere and just not in Murtis!?
Without Satpurush – God realised Saint – One can’t understand scriptures!
Lion’s milk can’t be holded in any vessel except of gold bowl.
Vedas can be realised only through God realised saint and not my our mere contemplation even for thousands of years.
God lives in Murti fully and those who abandon this truth are nastiks.
God has a form and human like form but divine. God is not formless. He is without mayic form. It is just to give His bliss to us humans, He has become one like human. But one who creates infinite worlds and galaxies Himself has a form.
Agaim, intellect will not accept this.
Without Guru, there is no knowledge be it whatsoever field.

Dear Gopal,
This country badly needs the dedicated services of youngsters like you, who are motivated by spirituality and patriotism. Unfortunately, the affluent section of the upcoming generation in this country is primarily interested in crass materialism and vulgar consumerism; there is no place for either sacrifice or service in their life.
May your tribe increase!

Nishant, Based on my personal experience (I lived for 4 years at IIT Kanpur), more than 90% of IITians are nothing but gentleman and woman. I guess, you met only bad apples from IITs. I agree they are not that devoted to the welfare of society. But, my friend, that is a deep problem which has something to do with the shortcomings of our education system which gives no solid training in social consciousness. So, please do not form any general negative opinion about IITians as that will be untrue and unfair. Nice to know that your thinking is similar to mine. Regarding your question of what inspires me – I am inspired by the role-models mentioned in this post like Chanakya, Lincoln, Subhas Chandra Bose, Gandhi Ji, Guru Govind Singh etc. Their sacrifices and selflessness inspire me to do the same. I am trainined in an extremely high level of idealism which can be broadly summed up as: “Society comes first. The interests of society are always more important than personal and family interests. So, whenever needed, one should gladly sacrifice one’s personal and family interests for the sake of society.” – this ideal is present in me since the age of 7-8 as clearly and strongly as one may find at my present age. (It must be some inborn sanskara). This ideal sustains me as it has helped in developing selflessness and self-sacrifice to a great extent and whenever I feel weak, this ideal instils a new strength in me.
Second thing that make me feel strong is: practice of yoga and celibacy.
Third thing that gives me strength is: the understanding that most people in our society suffer not because they are wicked, but because they are immature. If we can train them in yoga, psychological understanding and all kinds of self-help techniques, they will start acting wisely and make their own lives as well as this society good. How to do that kind of mass work requires great planning & persistence and a phenomenal amount of energy and communication skill? In recent times, Baba Ramdev has been able to show us the path to do this kind of mass work. We must learn from him.
Please stay in touch with me.
