Thanks. I just got through reading the time management book (managed to find the time to do it, lol). The techniques outlined are all sound, valuable but like most things, the key is implementation – that’s the bit most people struggle with.

There is a great book – ‘Brahmacharya in Krishna Consciousness’ written by His Holiness Bhakti Vikas Maharaj of ISKCON. Even if one is not on Bhakti path , one must read it because this book gives a very solid non-sentimental philosophical understanding of Brahamacharya.
